Staff were appointed in time for the Team Up induction workshop early in 2024. OHF as the lead partner in Hin4H followed the Team Up workshop with three days of practical sessions preparing the new Hin4H staff for their roles, and ensuring that their delivery especially into schools had processes which needed to be followed.

The staff team is led by Joachim Rande, with full time and part time development officers: Esmie Belo, Nyrick Zuna, Allen Temoa, Jeremy Olivia Ghailobo, and Samson Auga.
